The most common reasons for a delayed withdrawal are: pending identity verification (a requirement for withdrawals above a certain amount), an unmet wagering requirement on a bonus attached to your balance, or a processing delay from your payment provider. Log in to your account and check the Withdrawal section for a status update. If the status shows "Approved" on our side, the delay is with your payment provider.
